Summary
The Human Resources Manager sits in the corporate headquarters and provides consultation to field HR Generalists and managers throughout our multi- state company. The HR Manager is responsible for managing Human Resources Programs, Benefits, EEO, Visa processing (H1B), employee relations, EEO, and back-up to payroll. The HR Manager reports into the Director of Human Resources.
